“Providence One Builders recently managed a kitchen renovation in our home which involved gutting the existing kitchen and removing a bearing wall between the kitchen and formal dining room. We originally met with several contractors about the job but the minute we met with Dave, we knew he was the one we wanted to hire to manage the project. With his team, we created an entirely new kitchen space which includes a large island counter, all new cabinetry, shiplap detail on the ceiling and walls, new lighting, a new window, new flooring and renovation to our mudroom. From the beginning, Dave acquainted himself with the architect’s design and understood the complexities of the project, specifically in removing a bearing wall and installing a steel beam in the ceiling in its place. We had a great feeling about Dave from the start! He and his Director of Construction, Dan Giandonato, were on top of every detail.

They were extremely patient with us as we worked through changes and decisions. They made helpful suggestions and kept the project within our budget. We trusted them completely and often followed their guidance when we had choices to make. They brought in great subcontractors and he and/or Dan supervised the work daily. At the end of each day, they gave us status updates which included who we should expect on the job the next day. EVERY DAY someone showed up! Dave gave us a timeline for completion of the entire project and was right on target. We enjoyed the project from beginning to end because of Dave, Dan and Providence One. Not many people can say that when they live in their house during a kitchen renovation! Dave and Dan are extremely competent builders, and they showed us that they truly cared about our project and made sure we were happy with all aspects of it. Their effort to follow up on punch list items and every detail was above and beyond any experience we have ever had before with a builder. Dave and his team are exceptional. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend Providence One to anyone looking for a builder.”
